Double take?

Sir,—I recently bought the Winter issue of HI. I found it bothenlightening and entertaining. I particularly liked the article byChristine Kinealy about revisionism and the Great Irish Famine. Idiscovered what I believe to be an error in the Connemara Railwayarticle. If you will carefully examine both photographs of the stationsat Clifden (p.38) and Recess (p39), I think you will discover that theyare both pictures of the Recess station. Not only are both stations thesame, the building farther down the tracks on the right hand side isalso the same. Check it out. Let me know what you think.—Yours etc.,

The author, Kathleen Villiers-Tuthill, assures us that they are twodistinct stations. Almost all the Connemara stations, includingancillary buildings, were constructed identically, hence thesimilarities correctly spotted by Mr Patrick.
