Boycott’s house at Keem, Achill

The featured photo of Boycott’s house at Keem was provided by a student of the Achill Archaeological School, Connie Harrison, and she had requested that she be credited in the magazine. Unfortunately, owing to an oversight on my part this did not happen, and I wonder whether it would be possible to mention her contribution in your next edition? The Achill School, which is a mine of information on all aspects of the island, was of great assistance to me in my research into the Boycott era and, indeed, on the strength of my appearance in History Ireland, I have been invited to give a talk on the good Captain at the School’s one-day seminar next June.—Yours, etc. LIAM Ó RAGHALLAIGH
